museoens collects only what is necessary to operate the service: the image you upload, your selected processing mode, and basic usage metadata such as request timestamp and file size.

If you create an account, we additionally collect your email address and a hashed password. No payment card data is stored by museoens — all transactions are handled by a PCI-compliant third-party processor.

How We Use Your Data

Uploaded images are used exclusively to generate your requested output. They are never used for model training, shared with third parties, or retained beyond 60 seconds after your download is complete.

Cookies

museoens uses session cookies to maintain your upload state and processing preferences during a single visit. No cross-site tracking cookies are set. You can disable cookies in your browser, though this may affect platform functionality.

Analytics cookies — anonymized, non-identifying — help us understand aggregate usage patterns. No individual user behavior is profiled or sold to advertisers.

Data Sharing

museoens does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data may be shared with law enforcement only when legally compelled by a valid court order or statutory requirement — and only to the minimum extent required.

Security Measures

All data transfers use TLS 1.3 encryption. Server infrastructure undergoes quarterly third-party security audits, with full results published publicly. Uploaded images are stored in isolated, access-restricted environments during processing.

In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, affected users will be notified within 72 hours of discovery, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data Museoens holds about you. Submit a request to our privacy team and receive a response within 5 business days. info@museoens.com EU users hold additional rights under GDPR.

Third-Party Integrations

When you connect a third-party storage service, museoens sends your processed image directly to that service. The third party's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data — review it before connecting.

Data Retention

Processed images: deleted within 60 seconds. Account email addresses: retained until account deletion. Anonymized usage logs: retained for 12 months for platform performance analysis, then permanently purged.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or platform features. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Last updated: January 1, 2026.
