Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using museoens, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of museoens, including visitors, registered account holders, and API users. Last updated: January 1, 2026.

Permitted Use

You may use museoens only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Processing images of minors, non-consenting individuals, or images obtained unlawfully is strictly prohibited and results in immediate permanent termination.

User Responsibility

You bear sole legal responsibility for every image you upload. museoens does not review uploaded content in real time. By uploading, you confirm you hold the necessary rights and consents for that image.

Violations reported to museoens will be investigated. Confirmed violations result in permanent account termination and, where legally required, referral to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All technology, algorithms, interface elements, and brand assets belonging to museoens are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

museoens provides image processing on an as-is basis. The platform makes no warranty — expressed or implied — regarding output accuracy for any specific use case beyond the published benchmark results.

In no event shall museoens be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any legal consequences resulting from images you upload.

Third-Party Services

museoens integrates with third-party storage and workflow platforms. These integrations are governed by the respective third party's own terms. museoens is not responsible for third-party service failures or data handling.

Security

museoens applies industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption on all data transfers and automatic image deletion within 60 seconds of processing. No security system is unconditional — use the platform at your own risk.

Your Rights

You retain all rights to images you upload. You grant museoens a limited, temporary license to process the image solely for the purpose of delivering your requested output. This license expires upon image deletion.

Changes to Terms

museoens may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Check this page periodically — the last-updated date is always shown at the top.
